This policy explains what information AH3 Travel collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you send in the inquiry form: your name, country, contact details, travel month, number of riders and passengers, your plan and your message.
• The page you sent the form from, the language you were using, and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
• Anonymous visit statistics, such as pages viewed, device type and country. We use Umami for this, which does not use cookies.
• A small language cookie, set only if you switch language, to remember your choice.

How we use it

We use your details to answer your inquiry and to arrange your trip. Documents you send for a trip, such as your passport and licence, are used only to prepare the permits and bookings that trip requires. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

• Licensed partners that run your trip, and government offices that issue your permits, only as far as your trip requires.
• Providers that run this website and our email: Alibaba Cloud (hosting, Hong Kong), Cloudflare (network and security) and Zoho (email).
• If you contact us by WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat or Messenger, those services also handle your messages under their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to [email protected]. We keep trip records for as long as we need them for your trip and our legal obligations.
